My name is Paul Matsushima.

I’m an operations specialist and cultural advocate who creates organizational infrastructure to help nonprofits achieve their missions.

I’ve built a comprehensive and semi-automated budgeting system, wrote Thank You Very Mochi, and created the largest Japanese American cultural camp for kids in California.

I do organizational management at Fuller Graduate Schools.
